🌷 ON USAGE 🌷1. the prices listed are for personal use only. please inquire about prices for commercial use.2. the client is purchasing my labor only. i retain all rights to my art. this includes posting art on my social media, unless the client requests the commission remain private.3. the client is NOT permitted to use the commissioned artwork for NFT or AI training. the client may not claim the work as their own.🌷 ON PAYMENT 🌷1. upfront payment only for sketches, full payment before the coloring phase for all other works.2. full refunds may only be issued if the client notifies me their intent to retract their request before the sketch is completed or if for some reason i cannot complete the request.🌷 ON REQUEST AND CREATION PROCESS 🌷1. i have the right to refuse any commission request.2. i have the right to refuse a deadline if i deem it unrealistic for the scope of the project.3. major revisions (e.g. pose, full concept, full outfit, etc) are free during the sketch phase. once the coloring phase has begun, i will charge a fee for major revisions or if minor revisions become excessive after initial client approval.4. turnaround time from start of request to final product is anywhere between a few days for sketches and ~2-6 weeks for full drawings, depending on the complexity of the work and current queue.5. final files will be sent via email in jpg format only after full payment is received. the files will be 300dpi and canvas size will vary depending on the work.by requesting a commission, you are agree that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
